Anglian Water has switched provider for its eyecare benefits for staff.
The organisation has selected Specsavers Corporate Eyecare to implement its eyecare policy to 3,000 members of staff.
Through the scheme, staff are able to access e-vouchers to help meet their specific workplace eyecare needs.
All of Anglian Water’s office-based staff that use display screen equipment (DSE) and its field staff will be issued with electronic vouchers.
The online process of voucher distribution means Anglican Water can track which members of staff have redeemed vouchers, and which have not.
Anglican Water is also able to see what it has spent and use this data to plan its future employee eyecare budget.
Coleen Hardy, occupational health and safety business manager at Anglian Water said: “We can see exactly how many e-vouchers we’ve ordered and who has and hasn’t redeemed them.
“Feedback from our staff so far is great too; they are very pleased with the choice. They can also see all the frames in every store, plus they have the choice to upgrade to different frames and make use of any in-store offers.”
