Earlier this week, we held our eighth annual Engagement Excellence Awards. As part of the team that helps plan and coordinate the event, I was excited to see this year’s award programme come together for a spectacular evening of glitz, glamour and amazing employee engagement success stories from our clients.
We celebrated with more than 300 attendees at the iconic Natural History Museum, where you could say we made history of our own showcasing some of the best stories from our more than 1,800 clients. Out of hundreds of applications, our impartial judges chose 12 winners from 14 categories, plus a Grand Prix Winner.
